Okay so, I threw this together today, after getting the idea stuck in my tiny little brain.  If it sucks, I'll get rid of it.  If it's good... maybe I can get it to start spreading :D

Minor Nitpick: There is a bunch of unnecessary empty space between the embryo and the lines of text under it. It would look a bit better if you either:

A) Raised the bottom text and shorten the whole image.
Or
B) Lowered the embryo so that it's spaced equally between the top and bottom.

Oh that was very much on purpose.  The reason why the lower text is so far down - and so much smaller - is to emphasize how easy it is to miss vital information when you're not paying attention or you only look at the things that are pushed up top and in big font.  That sometimes you have to go looking for the important stuff. :)

Thank you for the critique - And to everyone else who responded :D

... I may have to actually suggest some of those lines to a friend of mine that's doing original fic involving the Evil Overlord's List.  'Minion Expenses' is too priceless to pass up.
There is light and darkness in the world, to be sure.  However, there's no harm to be had in walking in the shade or shadows.

If we could divert the funding to useful projects I'd be all for a 'liberation' of mars. Not like they can actually get anyone there.

With the life discovered on Mars, is there any possibility of oil there?

I thought NASA got hosed on that one, but if there were significant quantities it could be possible. I don't know about any decay timelines involved in fossil fuels though.

Maybe that will convince the government to start investing in the sciences and NASA again.
