I play Dragon Cave, which is basically my substitute for hoarding and becoming a crazy cat lady. My hobby is rescuing eggs that other players abandon. Most people consider it thankless work, but it's necessary for someone to do it because otherwise the main cave would not be able to drop new eggs. Also, there are some uncommon dragons that drop more frequently in the abandoned area than they do in the regular cave, so that's a plus too. Anyway, I picked up a random dragon and just found out that it is a 8th-generation Dorkface lineage dragon. Basically, that means that it can trace itself back to Midas Dorkface and Shallynaar, two famous dragons on the site. They are rather sought-after eggs, so why the fuck would anyone abandon one?

Got registered for college today!  Haven't chosen my classes yet, I'll do that after I wake up later on today, but I'm closer than I've ever been, and it feels really, really good.  Also found out from the FAFSA site that, because my Expected Family Contribution is literally nothing, I stand to receive up to $5,500 from Pell grants alone.

My god, please let me get the hell in...the delicious monies, they TAUNT ME.  There's also the whole getting out of the house, meeting people, and learning shit thing...that's awesome, too.

MONEY!  :D

Had Red Lobster for the first time in half a year. :D Yeah, I know not all that exciting but it is for me since I have to be in a special mood for seafood.

Since it's nearly finals week and everyone is stressed to hell, my school is bringing specially trained dogs into our library for people to enjoy. I don't go to the library much, but I think that's a really cool idea.

I got to see something I haven't been able to see in years: a cityscape at night.  A lot of people I know would probably find it odd or just plain wrong, but all those little, twinkling lights below me, casting their glow like tiny stars...there's few things like it.  There are few things that make me feel more at home than seeing those beautiful lights in the dead of night.  Only shame is that I don't actually live where I'll see those particular lights...but, with any luck, I'll be seeing a new set soon enough.
