I was reading about the Pokemon Emerald Mimic Glitch to give your poke nearly any move you want.  I thought about a snorlax with extreme speed and shadow sneak for some fun in the battle hall.  Only problem is snorlax isn't in Emerald, only Fire Red and Leaf Green, and even if I got one of those games, I'd need GBA systems and wires since pokes can't be traded between gba games on DS systems.

Well, it seemed like a fun idea.

I've been playing PC games for as long as I can remember,  I was actually a late comer to the console gaming era.
Though I am ever reminded of some of the first games I ever played.

For me, the ones I really do remember from the past are Tetris ,Theme Hospital, Civilisation, Transport Tycoon and Xcom.

Anyone else remember the first game(s) they played?

I think Rick Dangerous 2 was the very first PC game I played. Followed by games like Xenon 2 megablast (The music was good even through pc beeper, trough an actual sound card it was amazing.) and the Sierra adventure games.
No matter what happens, no matter what my last words may end up being, I want everyone to claim that they were:

Aww, you guys rock. :)  I feel the love... and the pitchforks and torches.  Tingly!

Of course, Ultima IV: Quest of the Avatar for the NES.  Fuck Mario and shit, my first game ever was a RPG!

The first game I ever played was Mech Warrior 2. I bought it second hand and being a seven year old shithead, I could barely turn the 'mech on, let alone actually finish any missions.

I think my first game was either Super Mario 64 or some Star Wars game my dad had on the computer.

I think my first game was a computer game called Reader Rabbit or something like that. It would crash about every ten minutes, and whenever it did so, the error message the computer displayed had a bomb on it. No, seriously, a bomb. It scared the shit out of me, and for years afterward I actually developed a phobia of computers and printers.

After that, there was a certain neuroscience game on the PC that was the stuff of nightmares. Creepy voices, anthro reptilians, terrifyingly stupid puns, and cats that shit paper (I am not making this up). Eniliad knows what I'm talking about.

I'm not sure what I think about Max Payne 3. It isn't amazing but it isn't a piece of shit either. It is quite literally average.

Nothin wrong with an average game.  Better average than a piece of yearly-installment shovelware bullshit that EA likes to pump out like an OCD person with a masturbation problem.

Pac Man on the old Atari.  If you mean computer games, strip poker.
