...Wow.
This better not be a prank because this sounds really cool.
Not that I can think of a practical application for it, but it is still really, REALLY cool. ...Even if the water isn't just sloshing around and is in fact inside rocks.

My first thoughts on this are that all the YECs are going to use this as proof of "the flood" and the existence of a 12 mile thick pre flood firmament. Yes, the concept and the actual use of the word "firmament" is still very alive and well with chucklefucks like Carl Baugh.
I've been hearing too much shit about damn "flood geology" recently.

Title is misleading. There is no ocean. There is large amount of rock with reasonable water content.
Edit: As a reminder here is how much water there really is on the surface of the earth relative to the volume of the Earth. http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/image/1205/waterlessearth_woodshole_950.jpg (http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/image/1205/waterlessearth_woodshole_950.jpg)

I'm not surprised. After all, an apple peel is thicker in comparison to the rest of the apple than the Earth's crust is to the planet.

They wanted a word that means "massive amount of water."
Ocean is the closest thing they thought of and they did put it in quotation marks since it was a bit more complicated. I guess I should have done the same.

We have found Maridia.
If nobody gets that reference, I'm going to feel so old...

^Woohoo!
The music in that game is so awesome...

I know, right?

Does it count as water if it's inside rocks?

Uh...
Yes.

Normally your comments are quite witty.
This one, however, just makes you looks like a moron.

@Art: life is tough when you take everything literally.
