$3 Million bid for Einstein's God letter

An OPENING bid of 3 Million bucks was posted on Ebay for a letter Einstein wrote to Jewish philosopher Eric B. Gutkind in 1954. Far out of my price range, that's for sure....

Okay, be honest: Who else thought it was about 'Einstein's letter to God'?
In paranoia I find genius / But the ice-dreams have come
with spiritless consequence / A hatchet has been hidden
between my eyes / A hatchet gift-wrapped in paranoia / A
wooden heart never bleeds / A wooden heart never bleeds,
yet inextricable thoughts still weave / Introspection
fabricated for battle / No time has been wasted
/ Neuroleptic seconds marry electroconvulsive hours / In
the cranial freezer, paranoia is the bastard and I
find genius Petrify / Paralyze

You got me there. I figured it might have been interesting. A letter written to god asking for some kind of explanation for all the weird stuff in the world.

Seems like a bit of a weird thing to auction though. Where did they get the letter and why on earth would it be worth 3Million other than because if has Einsteins name on it.

That seems a pretty good reason by itself.

I could also see a dedicated millionaire (religious OR atheist) buying it to use for their respective causes. A religious fundie would probably hide it away or destroy it so as not to let it undermine the many stories floating around about Einstein being a staunch theist, while an atheist or even just someone dedicated to truth in history would try to make sure it was properly preserved.

If you look at it logically, cannibalism has great potential to simultaneously solve our overpopulation and food shortage problems.

Fundies have 4 enemies.. Truth, Facts, Evidence and Proof.

I thought it was a paper disproving BibleGod.
