Alternatives to Youtube

So if you noticed, Youtube has changed throughout the ages. And frankly, it sucks now. The video tower sucks, the new profile sucks (so bad!!!!).

Well they made the changes mandatory (e.i no option from us... even though 99% hate it), so I'm just going to move to another video hosting site? But the problem is, I'm not sure which one is good.

I heard (and joined) this site called ZippCast which I heard is like the new youtube. The profile page is similar, which is good, but I'm not sure about the other parts, and it is slow and unknown. I don't want to browse thorugh all different sites and experiment on them all, so I'll just ask you all.

So what websites you know that would have:

1. A profile page similar to the current one on youtube.

2. A home page similar to the previous one on youtube

3. 5 star ration system for videos.

I don't know anything about it, but this fucking wanker on YouTube keeps going on about some place called YourUploadSite which, he asserts, is so much better than YouTube. Check it out if you wish, just don't comment on his videos or make contact with him in any way, or else he'll spam your inbox endlessly over it. You should be able to find it by searching for those keywords.

I feel it's a good time to point out that the quality and amount of content on Youtube is head and shoulders above any of its competitors. That alone means all other video sites will suck monkey balls in comparison, regardless of how much better the interface happens to be.

Yeah, this right here.  There are video sites that are much better quality sites, but so many people use YouTube that you won't find remotely as much stuff on there.

Though, you won't have to deal with all the bullshit rules and getting the background music ripped off your vid by Viacom.

This so much.  I used to be able to separate my comments into readable chunks.  That ability is gone now.

Shift+Enter will let you create paragraphs.  The trick is remembering to do that instead of just pressing enter.
