I wish I could supervise the cooking of the food. I wish I could do that. I'm a food scientist in training and I know the warning signs.
But I can't because I travel, so I wound up with a wonderful food poisoning. Smelly runs to the bathroom. It was pretty minor day thing, so I'm not expecting some of the worse side effects.
Anyone else been blessed with the good graces of Food Poisoning, this Holiday season so far?
I may be doubly blessed because I'm going to have another thanksgiving day today.
