Title: This thread is about how much of a colossal nerd I am.

Specifically about the fact that I have a small collection of expensive Japanese action figures. Cap here is simply the newest addition to my collection. That is all. We now return to our regularly scheduled FQA nonsense.

But if he was a nerd before it was cool doesn't that make him a hipster nerd? Is being a hipster a more acceptable reason nowadays for wedgies and swirlies?

Hmmm an interesting point.  I think being a hipster is an acceptable reason for any and all forms of physical abuse.

PS Not actually being serious, before someone gets their undies in a twist.  Should go without saying but you have to be clear about these things on the internet.

If you think you're nerdy for having action figures what does that make someone like me who owns no action figures but really wants some?  It's like nerd wannabe-ism, that's even worse surely?
