Haha, Sleepy sounds like a sultry temptress. It's funny, because imagine that voice saying these things:

22:37   SFJ>   I agree with molesting the unconscious
22:37   SleepyOne>   It'd be morally wrong not to molest them
22:37   SFJ>   indeed

<SleepyOne> My semen created all of Canada

<SleepyOne> I like fishgina sometimes

21:29   SleepyOne>   Clown smell never goes away
21:29   SleepyOne>   I know this from my traumatic childhood

23:55   SleepyOne>   hide the crack
23:55   SleepyOne>   mom is back

21:33    SleepyOne deep fries skulls
21:33   SleepyOne>   I eat that shit, fuck yeah

A mic, a program to record your voice, then you upload the file. Looks like everyone is uploading the files to forum, which is easy to do since there is a button for attaching files to posts.

I thought about that, but...if some asshole gets a hold of a clip of my voice, what the fuck are they gonna do with it?  Down-vote one of my YouTube videos?  Their chances of hearing me speak in a crowd are vanishingly slim.

1. Smurfette sounds just like I imagined her sounding. She is PERFECT. Marry me, you sexy little blue bombshell.

2. Hades's voice makes him sound extremely authoritative and knowledgeable. He could talk about absolutely anything, no matter how absurd, and he would sound like he Knew His Shit (TM).

3. Sigma's voice turns me on. Especially in Spanish. That is all. *fap!*

I. Love. Your. Voice.

Me, too! Though for some reason I expected it to be lower-pitched.

Is my voice really that nice? I think I sound like either a 15-year-old girl or a 12-year-old boy, depending on my tone. It also gets really crackly (and not in a cool, raspy way) when in its lower registers. I have been told that it can be "soothing", at least when I'm talking at normal volume, but I don't really hear it.

Thank you, though.

Make sure your volume isn't up all the way. I had to put it at around 1/4 of max.

Transcript in case I'm hard to understand: "there's never been a true war that wasn't fought between two sets of people who were certain they were in the right. the really dangerous people believe they are doing whatever they are doing solely and only because it is without question the right thing to do. and that is what makes them dangerous."

What gets me about the Leviathan Battle Story is the fact that Nautilus makes the assumption that the Leviathan would be accustomed to cold water. Putting aside, you know, logic and science if shit for just a few seconds so we can assume the Leviathan creature did/does exist, and DID live in the very deep ocean... it could well be USED to a very hot-water climate. The sea floor in a lot of places along ocean trenches and faults is RIFE with volcanic vents that eject water and gases at temperatures well beyond that of mere boiling water.

Yeah, the deep sea doesn't get enough sun to warm it THAT way, but it still manages to produce scalding hot water in other ways.

(Also, I am high.)

I decided to contribute to this by reading quotes from the Star Trek Online's Duty Officers.

  • “What you see as arrogance, I see as a matter of accuracy in self-assessment.”
  • “Do not mistake my willingness to speak with you as representative of any affection for you.”
  • "There are few problems that cannot be resolved through the judicious application of explosives."
  • "All you need to start a revolution is one person with a vision."

You sound like the narrator from a game. Maybe a tad similar to Garrett.

I have no idea why I'm posting this, but here's my voice. The recording equipment (my phone) is crap, so  the recording lost like all its timbre and makes me sound throaty. But here it is nonetheless. Please don't laugh  :-\ :-\

So, I did a dramatic reading (http://fstdt.net/QuoteComment.aspx?QID=86506) of a mainpage quote. If I sound like an idiot, then the effect is complete.

This one is great!  :D

So I decided to jump in the ring here and show off my voice. First part is me reading from the Haitian Vodou Handbook by Kenaz Filan. The second one is me singing Katy Perry's "ET" song (go ahead and laugh).

Hey kids. I'm not dead.

So, some of you might remember that I really hate the sound of my own voice--to the point where I'm really reluctant to talk to people unless I trust them a whole freaking lot. But a lot of people seem to like it, and nobody since I was little has ever given me crap about it, so I've decided that I'm going to deal with my voice anxiety the same way I dealt with my body-image anxiety: by showing what I've got. Exposure therapy. I have a fuckton of very weird and silly and sometimes sad stories and I decided WHAT THE HELL. I'll start telling them. Originally I was just going to do audio recordings but then I decided to just do videos. As comfortable as I am in photos, I don't feel too secure on video. Anyway.

I started a YouTube channel. (https://www.youtube.com/user/axiomspeaks) Only two videos at the moment but more will be coming.

Traditionally, one starts with bunnies from the ears.

As far as most humane, I’d say go for the head. Nice de-cap makes it good and quick.
