After saying Obama should try to get congressional approval.

http://mediamatters.org/blog/2013/09/04/after-calling-for-obama-to-get-congressional-ap/195711

Quote
On the August 27 edition of his show, Hannity disagreed with conservative pundit Ann Coulter that Obama should act unilaterally in response to Syria's apparent use of chemical weapons. After Coulter commented "I don't think that the president does have to go to Congress to bomb someone" because "he's the commander-in-chief under the Constitution," Hannity disagreed, saying that "Congress declares war":

On August 31, Obama announced that he would ask for congressional approval before authorizing missile strikes in Syria. After the announcement, Hannity attacked Obama anyway, asking his guest Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) "Why now? Is he trying to push the blame if this goes wrong onto you guys in the House and Senate?"

Bleh
I'd be more sympathetic if people here didn't act like they knew what they were saying when they were saying something very much wrong.

Oh, it's not hypocrisy.  Hannochio's being completely consistent with his most important principle.

Namely, "If Obama does it, it's bad"
Fundie Doublethink:
* The Bible is the inerrant, literal word of God when it talks about the Earth being created in six days and homosexuality being an abomination. The Bible is a flawed work interpreted by errant humans when it talks about loving your neighbor, turning the other cheek, and the evils of greed.
*  All life is sacred and precious from the moment of conception until the moment of birth.
* You're not a sexist.  You just think women are nothing but baby machines and servants.

I think Rand Paul is being a hypocrite as well, for going on Sean Hannity to promote a non interventionist policy. Of course, Obama (and Kerry) is a hypocrite for advocating war with Syria after opposing Iraq.

Hannity is just such a partisan hack it's really impossible to get shocked by what he does.

Hannity: How dare he try to get Congressional Approval! You damned socialist!

Obama: Hannity, you told me to get Congressional Approval. Doesn't that make YOU a damned socialist?

Hannity: Yes, it does. -leaps out a window-

Obama: See, I don't even need to use the Patriot Act to slay my internal enemies.

Hey Rand Paul, did you know that Hannity was advocating war with Syria last year? Why do you think Hannity is a good choice to spread a non-interventionist policy?

Hannity is not advocating non-intervention. He's saying that Obama shouldn't bother asking congress before bombing Syria.

I didn't say Hannity was advocating non-intervention. I said that Rand Paul was, and that Hannity's show is a really bizarre place to advocate that.
