Alan Moore's Swamp Thing will destroy Trump.  A Good Cartoon.

Is it just me, or does Obama's head look kinda phallic?

At least, I think that's supposed to be Obama. With how little he looks like a human being, he could be a conehead for all I know.

Ha.

(context: The Finnish social services and health care reform, the Finnish abbreviation of which is Sote. The people in the cartoon are the leaders of the three government parties.)

"It lives! We had to do it in a hurry but we got it done!"

Quote from: Jordan Duram
It doesn't concern you, Sister, that kind of absolutist view of the universe? Right and wrong determined solely by a single all-knowing, all powerful being whose judgment cannot be questioned and in whose name the most horrendous acts can be sanctioned without appeal?

Quote from: Supreme Court of Canada
Being required by someone else’s religious beliefs to behave contrary to one’s sexual identity is degrading and disrespectful.

No matter what happens, no matter what my last words may end up being, I want everyone to claim that they were:
"If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you could possibly imagine."
Aww, you guys rock. :)  I feel the love... and the pitchforks and torches.  Tingly!

Time for Garrison cartoon - interestingly this is the first time he has portrayed Trump looking at all weak. Bad signs:

Trump looks like he's thinking, "how the hell am I gonna get my 2:00am tweetstorm on with all this going on?"

Interestingly it does imagine that Saint Trump has absolutely no agency or opinions of his own.

The harsh reality of being a politician. Not getting anything you want and giving up your soul.

Any idea what AB, CZ, and MP on the caps are referring to?

Let's throw in a historical one for a change. This one was made after the treaty of Versailles: the world leaders are walking away satisfied after signing the treaty but a child representing the "1940 class" is crying in despair. Hauntingly prophetical.
