Terrorists prefer educated and wealthy recruits

So if you typed in google "terrorism poor uneducated" you get some results bashing liberals about how they are wrong in their assumptions that the poor and uneducated are likely to be duped into performing acts of terrorism.

Thankfully I found this fairly neutral source about the subject

Interesting, but from that, would conservatives do a reversal and say poor yet educated people do terrorism or something? Maybe they'll say colleges are fostering future terrorists.

Terrorists prefer recruits who have the skills and resources to engage in acts of terrorism. Really, that's what it is.
