I don't have it in my hands yet, but I now have permission to show off the pictures of the sword I designed:

That is certainly some sword. Are you planning on giving it an overly symbolic name?

That is a gorgeous sword! I'd love to have one like it displayed on a wall were I can pick it up and play with it.

I've been referring to it as The Royal Saber, because of the crown-shaped pommel.

Where are you getting it from and do they take commissions and for how much because iv been meaning to get a sword for a Commissar  costume iv been working on.

For those of us sword-users that want something you could use in a fight, www.badgerblades.com is the way to go.
There is light and darkness in the world, to be sure.  However, there's no harm to be had in walking in the shade or shadows.

The hilt/pommel seems to be a little different from original sketches but not bad at all.

How's it weighted and everything?

It's from Darksword Armory. They're based in Canada, they do great work, and I think they take commissions for custom pieces. Their in-stock swords are usually in the $250-400 range. Customs are probably more, but I don't know how much more.

Definitely battle-worthy. Darksword Armory is known for very tough, durable swords.

I don't know all the specs yet, but it's 46.5 inches overall.
