also, i'm ashamed i felt schadenfreude when the two ragebags saw for whom i was holding the door. their faces melted. what?! a man doing a legitimate act of kindness?!

It was back in Atlanta, a very blue and gay friendly town, in the early 2000's. Nevertheless, a snotty little creature probably raised in a wealthy, conservative family and church thought she was being edgy in a conservitard way. Also, I am not exactly stereotypically "dyke-ish" looking. Other than my love of wood working and using power tools in general, I pass for straight with most people I casually meet.
