Oh god bitter herbs

I remember going to Passover at a friend's house, and they made their bitter herbs to taste like wasabi turned up to 11. My ears literally felt like they were burning for ten minutes.

I understand that pretty well actually. Passover at my friend's house is really funny because her deadpan snarker dad keeps making sarcastic comments the whole way through.
