I was once a very optimistic history major. Then I graduated, realized that there are approximately zero jobs out there for me, and now am spending more money to get a second degree. (Sim, too. Also my sister). Not saying any of this will happen to you, but it's now my person life mission to warn everyone against the horrors of this degree.

Ah. See, I want to use the degree in combination with a Poli Sci degree to go to law school. And lawyers make money. :)

S'up new forum! I'm Canadian and I have a vagina. Both are pretty awesome.
I'm only half as awesome but that still makes me pretty kick-ass.

Re-introducing myself because I can. :P I'm Kali, I have a girlfriend, a few fish which I keep having to replace, and some cats who love fresh fish. Also, I like Doctor Who, astronomy, and laughing at people.

Also also, the cats don't really eat the fish.

I'm Sorority WTC, I have multiple names and you will see me switch names often-but you may have known me as Radiation and I'll probably revert back to that someday.

I am a college student studying graphic design. I am 32 y.o. and I have Asperger's Disorder. I am a Plural Spiritualist in that I am actually multi-religious and right now am into Islam. I like to discuss topics such as religion, philosophy, skepticism, art and many other things. My fav thing to do is photoshop and I love learning new techniques in it.

I am also a very boring person.

Fixed yer sig.
You have made a place in my heart where I thought there was no room for anything else. You have made flowers grow where I cultivated dust and stones. Remember this, on this journey you insist on making. If you die, I will not survive you long. Dovie'andi se tovya sagain!

People so seldom say "I love you". And then it's either too late or love goes. So when I tell you I love you, It doesn't mean I know you'll never go, only that I wish you didn't have to.

I'm Lisa, a bisexual 22-year-old who is a history buff. I can tell you anything you want to know about Nicholas and Alexandra's family life and their children. I also have a list of as many European royalty as I can find listing birth dates, death dates, etc from all the way back in medieval times. Why? Because it is fun.

Screw you, postcount, I'm not a newbie.

I also want to point out that you don't need any particular major in order to get into law school, just good grades. After I finish my BA this spring I'll be just as qualified to enter law school as anybody else with a similar GPA.

I'm Scottish, I like history, re-enactment, wargaming, reading and doughnuts.  Just not in that order.
I am serious, and stop calling me Shirley!

You gotta be careful with snacks like doughnuts while wargaming. You might mess up the pretty miniatures.

I am Mira and I have no clue who any of you people are.
I’ve grown overfed, unconcerned and comfortably numb
Kept busy indulging in the pleasures of the wealthy
Oh, someone make me afraid of what I’ve become!
