socialism is just as flawed as communism folks.

captialism is the only one that can be modified enough to accept parts of both and not get fucked over by human nature.

that's why we don't need bernie.

Capitalism has sure done wonders for America. Sure is nice that over half the population at the least doesn't actually make a living wage on one job. Sure is nice that college, viewed as a necessity, puts people into debt for the rest of their lives with no real return for most.

Sure is nice our country has only crashed once when most of the world did too. Sure is nice that millions don't die trying to enforce a broken system. Sure is nice that our economic power is and was so great that it changed what the value of money worldwide was based off of, from precious metals to what the U.S. dollar is worth. Sure is nice that even though things in the Us is bad it's much better than the rest of the world

Or perhaps you would like to go to Canada and than have to cross the border in order to see a good doctor?

Yep, let's pretend that all instances of US capitalism getting fucked over by human nature somehow aren't because "other places have it worse".

Truly, a philosophy to live by.

Yeah, too bad he was a Nazi.

It's true.  Charlie Chaplin was a Nazi, in much the same sense as Tom Hanks is an HIV+ astronaut, Morgan Freeman was our first ex-con President, and Christian Bale really did straight-up murder a bunch of people once.

Oi, moron, the US economy has collapsed at least twice in its history, or have they stopped teaching about the Great Depression because it shows how far gilded age fucksters were willing to go to keep their power?

For some reason I can't copy text from facebook while on my phone but I just saw a rant complaining about the move to rename Texan schools that are named after Confederates. The silly thing was that it went from claiming that renaming the schools is an act of treason to suggesting that Texas should secede from USA if those schools get renamed. ...So are these people supposed to be patriots or rebels and do they even know what those words mean?

EDIT:

Quote
Houston takes action on schools named for Confederate leaders.
The governing board of the biggest school district in Texas has voted to rename seven schools previously named for Confederate leaders.

The Houston school district board voted Thursday to strip the schools of the names of Confederate Generals Robert E. Lee, Albert Sidney Johnston and Stonewall Jackson; Confederate President Jefferson Davis; Confederate Postmaster General John H. Reagan; Sabine Pass commander Dick Dowling and Southern dialect author and Confederate veteran Sidney Lanier.

What_a_f***g_disgrace! The governing board? More like a bunch of ignorant liberals! People who have no respect towards American history shouldn’t be deciding on schools names.
When it embarked on the renaming process, the district said it wanted names to represent its modern values and diversity, in accordance with its non-discrimination policies. Okay, guess forgetting our history and spitting on it is now equal to “modern values and diversity”. Smh

South will rise again. We won’t tolerate treason and we’ll do the very best we can to fight liberal plague or to simple secede from the failed state America has turned into.

Personally, I think if you went to Dick Dowling high school you would be all for changing the name.

Actually, somebody correct me if I'm wrong but are there other schools named after autists or is the Stonewall Jackson the only person with Asperger who had a school named after him in USA?

Didn't actually know Stonewall was an aspie, but if any schools are named after Thomas Jefferson, then the answer to your second question is no.
Excuse me, sir, do you have a minute to talk about your lord and savior, Hannibal Barca?

Is a communist democracy possible? Nobody knows, because its never been tried. Is socialism bad? Fuck yes it is. But there is a key difference between Socialism and Communism. Lets roll out some definitions here, so you know where I’m basing my argument:

. . .

Socialism is a system where the government (sometimes termed society or the public) takes all the property, jobs, and ownership, and distributes resources out according to who has “earned” it. The individual is not allowed to own anything unless all others can own it. Everything is “public domain” or “public ownership.” This has repeatedly led to fascism, because being told what you are allowed/not allowed to do by the government or by total social dominance and threat of harm for non-compliance is fascist. Private ownership of property is not possible here. You do not earn an income, you must work to earn your right to have essential resources to survive.

. . .

Communism is a system where private ownership of property is actually still possible, but essential resources (food, water, land, healthcare, education) are still public domain. When production of resources is high enough that all can be provided for according to need rather than merit, and so long as those things are provided freely, you have communism.

. . .

“From each according to his ability, to each according to his deeds (socialism). From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs (communism).”

Additionally, you have the USSR, which stands for United Soviet Socialist Republic. That’s the government run by Stalin, the man who starved and murdered millions. Its not even called communist in the name.

. . .

Do a bit of reading on the subject, please, the differences between economic&philosophical systems is vast and incredibly important. America has put out a lot of anti-communist propaganda that conflates the two terms (on purpose). While I wholly agree that the socialist dictatorships of the world both past and present are horrifying and absurdly evil, it really bothers me that people continue to confuse the concepts. Socialism is fucking terrifying, yes. You should be more afraid of socialists than teenagers on the internet who can’t even vote calling themselves communists.

I don't think I've ever seen the socialism =/= communism argument in defense of communism before.

Also, I guess democracies and republics lead to dictatorships; the Democratic People's Republic of Korea proves it.

Something I learned today: Christianity is a feminist plot, by Aliens!

Quote
Sorry, xtainity was always a crock of shit, and I have seen inside it deeper than most….

Today, in the 21st century, we can for the first time create a pregnant virgin, so 2,000 years ago “god” was an alien, or a figment of imagination.

2,000 years ago Mary Magdalene even if impregnated via test tube in the lab on the alien space ship, gave birth via the cunt, so no tight virginity there.

Ever since then, the holy trinity…

1/ God, an ethreal being that no-one ever saw, except jesus, so if he existed he was an alien ship doctor.. eg he was NOT human.

2/ Jesus, who was NOT human, even the biblical teachings stress this point, he was not a man.

3/ Mary Magdalene, the only human, and therefore the MOST REVERED human in the religion is a wimminz, who fucked an alien to get preggers and got Joe the carpenter to pay for it all and feed and house them.

“Chivalry” in the middle ages was literally based on worship of Mary Magdalen’s cunt, and the chivalric symbology and iconography is replete with cunt symbolism, right down to the order of the garter.

The only remotely male centric tenets of christianity were lifted wholesale from other religions and beliefs and incorporated in an early example of embrace and extend.

Christianity has NEVER been a man’s religion.

Hell even the pristhood, the highest echelons of the meme, were not allowed to fuck.
